These terms and conditions apply to YOUR INTERPAY Virtual Account (Interpayservices). You must read them carefully.
In these terms and conditions “you” means the named Interpay Account holder and the authorised user of Interpay Account.
“We”, “us” or “our” means Interpay.
“Website” means our website at www.interpayservice.com

- YOUR InterpayACCOUNT
1.You can use YOUR INTERPAY Account at any location worldwide that displays the UnionPay® Acceptance Mark, including shops, restaurants or on the internet. Before using YOUR INTERPAY Account, it is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in YOUR INTERPAY Account to utilise for your purchases. You will not be able to use YOUR INTERPAY Account if it has insufficient balance for the transaction.
1.2.YOUR INTERPAY Account is not a credit card and is not in any way connected to your bank account. You will not earn any interest on any funds loaded on YOUR INTERPAY Account.
- APPLYING FOR AND ACTIVATING YOUR INTERPAY ACCOUNT
2.1.To apply for our Interpay Account you must be at least 18 years old. We will require evidence of your identity and your address from time to time. We may ask you to provide some documentary evidence to prove this and/or we may carry out checks on you electronically.2.2.By using YOUR INTERPAY Account you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- LOADING YOUR INTERPAY ACCOUNT (“VIRTUAL ACCOUNT LIMITS”)

- For a personal account user residing in Singapore, maximum amount in YOUR INTERPAY Account is USD 50,000. For commercial accounts, the limits are subject to your company’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline any particular loading transaction if the said transaction does not meet our due diligence requirements. Upon receipt and clearance, your funds will be available for use on YOUR INTERPAY Account immediately.

- USING YOUR INTERPAY ACCOUNT
1.Detailed instructions on how to use YOUR INTERPAY Account can be found on our Website. You will need to follow the instructions when using YOUR INTERPAY Account. We will deduct the value of your transactions from the balance on YOUR INTERPAY Account as soon as they are made. We will also deduct any applicable fees as soon as they become payable by you, see our Fees section below for details of our fees. The Interpay Account shall remain as a property of Interpay Pte. Ltd.
4.2.For fraud monitoring purposes, your account usage may be queried, and we may block any further usage. In such circumstances, you can simply contact our customer support team support@interpayservices.com, to request to have your account reinstated.
4.3.We may at any time, suspend, restrict or cancel YOUR INTERPAY Account or refuse to issue, or replace YOUR INTERPAY Account to you including but not limited to the following reasons:
4.3.1.We have reason to be concerned about the security of your account or Interpay Account(s) we have issued to you;
4.3.2.We have reason to suspect your account is being used in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner;
4.3.3.Or we need to do so to be compliant with the relevant regulatory.
4.4.In the event that we need to suspend, restrict, or cancel the usage of YOUR INTERPAY Account, we shall inform you as soon as possible, or when we are permitted to do so if there is any regulatory enforcement action taken against the use of YOUR INTERPAY Account.
4.5.Like other payment cards, we cannot guarantee that every retailer will accept YOUR INTERPAY Account.
4.6.In the event of transactions involving different currencies and your SGD wallet does not have enough balance for the transaction, Interpay shall convert the sufficient amount from your balance in your other currency wallet that has sufficient balance automatically. The exchange rate will be on the daily prevailing exchange rate determined by Interpay.
4.7.We also reserve the rights to refuse/ withhold the funds payable to the merchant including but not limited to the following reasons:
4.7.1.If we suspect that YOUR INTERPAY Account is being used in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner;
4.7.2.If there are insufficient funds loaded on YOUR INTERPAY Account at the time of a transaction to cover the amount of the transaction and any applicable fee;
4.7.3.If there is an overdue outstanding amount owed to us on the Interpay Account in accordance with the Fees and Charges Guide;
4.7.4.If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are acting in breach of this agreement;
4.7.5.If we are required by regulatory authorities to do so.
4.7.6.If certain transactions are suspicious; or
4.7.7.Because of errors, failures (whether mechanical or otherwise) or refusals by merchants, payment processors or payment schemes processing transactions.
4.8.In the event of an unsuccessful transaction due to inaccurate information, we will inform you accordingly. Where such inaccuracy results in an unsuccessful transaction, you may amend, edit, update any information you have provided to us, by contacting us at support@interpayservices.com.
- AUTHORISING TRANSACTIONS
1.Subject to the features of the particular Interpay Account, the authorisation of a transaction may include authorising any transaction, a series or recurring transactions (including transactions for an indefinite period) or pre-authorising future transactions.5.2.An Interpay Account transaction will be regarded as authorised by you where you perform the actions such as:
5.2.1.Key in your details onto a merchant’s website;
5.2.2.Provide YOUR INTERPAY Account details and / or providing any other details;
5.2.3.Provide the security code of YOUR INTERPAY Account.5.3.Authorisation for a transaction may not be withdrawn or revoked by you after it is received.5.4.We will pay the funds required by the retailer or merchant to cover the transactions authorised by you within 3 working days of us receiving their request. A transaction (the payment order) will be received as follows:
5.4.1.for purchases at the time we receive the transaction instruction from the merchant acquirer;
5.4.2.for other transactions which are communicated directly to us, at the time you ask us to complete the transaction.
5.5.Any pre-authorised transaction on an account that has been replaced and has yet to be completed will automatically be cancelled. You will have to ensure that sufficient funds are available and to inform the retailer or merchant to perform the pre-authorisation transaction again on the replacement account.
5.6.Authorisation will be requested for all transactions at the time of each transaction. In the unlikely event, for any reason whatsoever, a transaction is completed when there are insufficient funds on the Interpay Account for that transaction (“Shortfall”), the Shortfall shall be reimbursed by you unless it is due to an error on the part of the retailer where the Interpay Account was presented, in this circumstance we may seek the Shortfall from the retailer/merchant.
5.7.You agree that once this Shortfall is made known to you, we may charge you for the Shortfall amount. We may deduct the amount of the shortfall from any other Interpay Account(s) that you hold with us. Until we are reimbursed the Shortfall, we may suspend YOUR INTERPAY Account(s). In addition, we reserve the right to charge you an administration fee for each transaction that you make using YOUR INTERPAY Account that results in a Shortfall or increases the Shortfall amount on YOUR INTERPAY Account.
- CANCELLATION OF YOUR INTERPAY ACCOUNT1.You may cancel YOUR INTERPAY Account by way of the “contact us” function on the Website.6.2.If you cancel YOUR INTERPAY Account, once all transactions and fees have been deducted, we will arrange for any unused funds to be refunded to you, see “Your Right to a Refund” section below for further information. A Refund Fee may be charged (see Fees and Charges Guide) unless you have arranged to transfer any unused funds to another Virtual Account/ products/ account managed by us, or you cancel YOUR INTERPAY Account within 14 days of receiving it.6.3.On expiry of YOUR INTERPAY Account, you may choose to renew your account automatically or allow it to expire. If you do not wish to renew your account, you may contact us to request the balance funds on YOUR INTERPAY Account
6.4.When we issue a renewal Interpay Account we may charge a fee. Please see the Fees and Charges Guide.
6.5.We may terminate your account by for reasons such as but not limited to the following:
6.5.1.if this agreement or your account expires on a set date and we have not agreed on renewal;
6.5.2.if there is any breach on the terms and conditions of this agreement, or if you repeatedly breach the agreement and fail to resolve the matter in a timely manner;
6.5.3.if you act in a manner that is threatening or abusive to our staff, or any of our representatives;
6.5.4.if you fail to pay the fees or charges you have incurred, or fail to put right any shortfall; and/ or
6.5.5.in the event of your demise.
6.6.We may also cancel or suspend your account immediately if we suspect that YOUR INTERPAY Account is deliberately being used to commit fraud or other illegal purposes. In the event where we cancel or suspend your account, we will inform you as soon as practicable. The balance in YOUR INTERPAY Account may then be withheld until any investigation is concluded. If YOUR INTERPAY Account is cancelled, we will immediately block YOUR INTERPAY Account for security reasons. You will not be entitled to a refund of money you have already spent on transactions authorised, or pending or any fees for use of the Interpay Account before YOUR INTERPAY Account is cancelled or expired.
- KEEPING YOUR INTERPAY ACCOUNT SECURE
1.You should keep YOUR INTERPAY Account secure and not let anyone else use it. If the details are lost or stolen or used in an unauthorised manner, you may lose some or all of your money on YOUR INTERPAY Account. If you suspect that someone else knows the details of YOUR INTERPAY Account, you should request for a replacement account immediately via the mobile application or our secured website.
- LOST OR STOLEN ACCOUNT AND UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS
1.You must inform us immediately by freezing your account online via our website or App, if you know or suspect that YOUR INTERPAY Account details are exposed to an unauthorised person or if you think a transaction has been improperly executed.
8.2.If the account number, PIN or mobile application is used by an unauthorised person, lost or stolen, your liability is limited to S$100 only if:
8.2.1.you have immediately notified us of the loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure;
8.2.2.you assist us in the recovery of the unauthorised charges incurred;
8.2.3.you furnish us with a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure and any other information that we may require; and
8.2.4.we are satisfied that such loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure is not due to your negligence or error.
You shall not be liable for any transactions carried out after we have been notified of the loss, theft or disclosure.
- OUR LIABILITY
1.We will not be liable for any loss arising from:
9.1.1.any cause which results from abnormal or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, consequences which would have been unavoidable despite our efforts to the contrary; or
9.1.2.a retailer refusing to accept YOUR INTERPAY Account; or
9.1.3.our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
9.1.4.loss or corruption of data unless caused by our wilful default.
9.2.We are also not liable for:
9.2.1.business interruption, loss of revenue, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings;
9.2.2.any indirect or consequential loss.
- REFUND UPON TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
1.We may change these terms at any time by notifying you by e-mail or other agreed means at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the change is due to take effect. The up-to-date version of the Interpay Account terms and conditions will always be available on our website. The change will automatically take effect and you will be taken to have accepted the notified change unless you inform us in writing that you do not agree to the change. In that event, we will treat that notice as notification that you wish immediately to terminate YOUR INTERPAY Account. In such circumstances we will refund any balance on the account in accordance with the Fees and Charges Guide and you will not be charged a Refund Fee.
10.2.When submitting your refund request, you must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for money sent to the wrong recipient as a result of inaccurate information provided by you. If you have provided inaccurate information to us, you may request our assistance in recovering the money sent to the wrong recipient, but we cannot guarantee that such efforts will be successful.
- THE FEES
1.Fees and charges set out in the Fees and Charges Guide, which is available on our Website, may be varied from time to time.11.2.We may vary the rate or amount of any charge, fee or interest payable under this agreement. Should you continue to keep or use the Interpay Account, you shall be considered to have accepted the changes.
- YOUR DETAILS
You must inform us immediately if you change name, address, phone number or e-mail address. If we contact you in relation to YOUR INTERPAY Account, for example, to notify you that we have cancelled YOUR INTERPAY Account or to send you a refund by cheque, we will use the most recent contact details you have provided to us. Any email to you will be treated as being received as soon as it is sent by us. We will not be liable to you if your contact details have changed and you have failed to update us.
- DATA PROTECTION
1.In applying for the Interpay Account and using it, you agree that we can use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. You further agree that we may use your personal information for customer due diligence purposes for services provided by Interpay MES Pte Ltd, in the event that you sign up for such services.13.2.You understand and agree that we may collect information about how you interact with our services, and utilise such information with our co-brand partners, to develop and enhance our services. We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged and other related transaction details. We may collect information about your mobile device, including for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information and mobile network information.
- DISPUTES WITH RETAILERS
If you have any dispute about goods or services paid using YOUR INTERPAY Account, you should resolve such dispute with the person you bought the goods or services from. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased with YOUR INTERPAY Account. Once you have used YOUR INTERPAY Account to make a purchase, we cannot stop that transaction.
- COMMUNICATION
If you have an enquiry relating to YOUR INTERPAY Account or if your account is lost or stolen, you may use the “Contact Us” facility on the website or email us at tech@interpayservices.com.
- ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under this agreement unless Interpay Services PTE LTD. has provided written consent on the assignment. Interpay Services PTE LTD. reserves the rights to transfer or any right or obligation under this agreement subject to the approval by MAS and twenty-one (21) calendar days prior notice to the you.
- GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is concluded in English. All communications with you will be in English. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with Singapore law.
FUND PROTECTION
As a responsible e-money issuer Interpay Pte. Ltd. ensures that once we have received your funds, they are deposited in a secure account with a deposit bank, specifically for the purpose of redeeming transactions made by YOUR INTERPAY Account. In the event that Interpay Pte. Ltd. becomes insolvent, funds that you have loaded which have arrived with and been deposited by Interpay Pte. Ltd. are protected against the claims made by our creditors.

申请和激活您的 Interpay 账户
2.1.要申请我们的 Interpay 账户,您必须年满 18 岁。我们会不时要求您提供身份证明和地址证明。我们可能会要求您提供一些书面证据来证明这一点和/或我们可能会以电子方式对您进行检查。2.2. 使用您的 INTERPAY 帐户即表示您同意这些条款和条件。

- 使用您的 INTERPAY 账户
1.关于如何使用您的INTERPAY账户的详细说明可以在我们的网站上找到。使用您的 INTERPAY 账户时,您需要按照说明进行操作。我们会在您完成交易后立即从您的 INTERPAY 账户余额中扣除您的交易价值。我们还将在您支付后立即扣除任何适用的费用,请参阅下面的“费用”部分了解我们费用的详细信息。 Interpay 账户仍为 Interpay Pte 的财产。有限公司

4.4. 如果我们需要暂停、限制或取消您的 INTERPAY 账户的使用,我们将尽快通知您,或者在我们对您的使用采取任何监管执法行动的情况下,我们会尽快通知您您的 INTERPAY 账户。
与其他支付卡一样,我们不能保证每个零售商都会接受您的 INTERPAY 账户。
4.6.如果涉及不同币种的交易,您的SGD钱包余额不足,Interpay会自动从您余额充足的其他币种钱包中折算出足够的金额。汇率将以Interpay 确定的每日现行汇率为准。
4.7.我们也保留拒绝/扣留应付给商家的资金的权利,包括但不限于以下原因:
4.7.1. 如果我们怀疑您的 INTERPAY 账户被以未经授权或欺诈的方式使用;
4.7.2. 如果您的 INTERPAY 账户在交易时没有足够的资金来支付交易金额和任何适用的费用;
4.7.3. 如果根据费用和收费指南在 Interpay 账户中欠我们的逾期未付款项;
4.7.4.如果我们有合理理由怀疑您的行为违反了本协议;
4.7.5. 如果监管机构要求我们这样做。
4.7.6. 如果某些交易可疑;或者
4.7.7. 由于商家、支付处理商或支付方案处理交易的错误、故障(无论是机械故障还是其他故障)或拒绝。
4.8.如因信息不准确导致交易不成功,我们将相应通知您。如果此类不准确导致交易失败,您可以通过 support@interpayservices.com 联系我们,修改、编辑、更新您提供给我们的任何信息。授权交易
1.根据特定Interpay Account的特点,授权交易可能包括授权任何交易、系列或重复交易(包括无限期交易)或预授权未来交易。
5.2.Interpay Account交易将在您执行以下操作时被视为您授权:
5.2.1.在商家网站上输入您的详细信息;
5.2.2. 提供您的 INTERPAY 账户详细信息和/或提供任何其他详细信息;
5.2.3. 提供您的 INTERPAY 账户的安全码。
5.3. 交易授权在收到后您不得撤回或撤销。
5.4. 我们将支付零售商或商户所需的资金以支付授权交易您在我们收到他们的请求后的 3 个工作日内。将收到如下交易(付款订单):
5.4.1.在我们收到商户收单机构的交易指令时进行的购买;
5.4.2.对于直接与我们沟通的其他交易,在您要求我们完成交易时。5.5.任何已被替换且尚未完成的账户的预授权交易将被自动取消。您必须确保有足够的资金可用,并通知零售商或商户在替换账户上再次执行预授权交易。5.6. 每次交易时,所有交易都将请求授权。在不太可能的情况下,无论出于何种原因,当 Interpay 账户中没有足够的资金用于该交易(“短缺”)时,交易完成,除非是由于一方的错误,否则您应偿还短缺提供 Interpay 账户的零售商,在这种情况下,我们可能会向零售商/商户寻求差额。5.7. 您同意,一旦您知道此差额,我们可能会向您收取差额金额。我们可能会从您持有的任何其他 Interpay 账户中扣除差额。在我们偿还差额之前,我们可能会暂停您的 INTERPAY 账户。此外,对于您使用您的 INTERPAY 账户进行的每笔交易导致您的 INTERPAY 账户出现短缺或增加您的 INTERPAY 账户的短缺金额,我们保留向您收取管理费的权利。取消您的 INTERPAY 账户1.您可以通过网站上的“联系我们”功能取消您的 INTERPAY 账户。
6.2.如果您取消您的 INTERPAY 账户,在扣除所有交易和费用后,我们将安排任何未使用的资金要退还给您,请参阅下面的“您的退款权利”部分了解更多信息。除非您已安排将任何未使用的资金转移到我们管理的另一个虚拟账户/产品/账户,或者您在收到 INTERPAY 账户后 14 天内取消您的 INTERPAY 账户,否则可能会收取退款费用(请参阅费用和收费指南)。6.3.On您的 INTERPAY 账户到期,您可以选择自动更新您的账户或允许其到期。如果您不想更新您的账户,您可以联系我们要求您的 INTERPAY 账户余额6.4.当我们签发续订 Interpay 账户时,我们可能会收取费用。请参阅费用和收费指南。
6.5. 我们可能会出于但不限于以下原因终止您的帐户:
6.5.1. 如果本协议或您的帐户在规定日期到期,而我们未同意续订;
6.5.2. 违反本协议条款,或您多次违反本协议未及时解决的;
6.5.3. 如果您的行为对我们的员工或我们的任何代表构成威胁或辱骂;
6.5.4. 如果您未支付已产生的费用或收费,或未弥补任何不足的;和/或
6.5.5.如果您死亡。
6.6.如果我们怀疑您的INTERPAY账户被故意用于欺诈或其他非法目的,我们也可能立即取消或暂停您的账户。如果我们取消或暂停您的帐户,我们将尽快通知您。您的 INTERPAY 账户中的余额可能会被扣留,直到任何调查结束。如果您的 INTERPAY 账户被取消,出于安全原因,我们将立即封锁您的 INTERPAY 账户。在您的 INTERPAY 账户被取消或过期之前,您将无权要求退还您已用于已授权交易或待处理的交易或任何使用 Interpay 账户的费用。
确保您的 INTERPAY 账户安全
1.您应该保护您的INTERPAY账户安全,不要让任何人使用它。如果详细信息丢失或被盗或以未经授权的方式使用,您可能会损失您的 INTERPAY 账户中的部分或全部资金。如果您怀疑其他人知道您的 INTERPAY 账户的详细信息,您应立即通过移动应用程序或我们的安全网站申请更换账户。
账户丢失或被盗以及未经授权的付款
1.如果您知道或怀疑您的 INTERPAY 账户信息被泄露给未经授权的人或您认为交易执行不当,您必须立即通过我们的网站或应用程序在线冻结您的账户通知我们。
8.2. 如果帐号、PIN 或移动应用程序被未经授权的人使用、丢失或被盗,您的责任仅限于 S$100,仅在以下情况下:
8.2.1.您已立即通知我们丢失、被盗或未经授权的披露;
8.2.2.您协助我们收回未经授权的费用;
8.2.3. 您向我们提供警方报告,并附上丢失、被盗或未经授权披露的书面确认以及我们可能要求的任何其他信息;和
8.2.4. 我们确信此类丢失、被盗或未经授权的披露不是由于您的疏忽或错误造成的。
在我们被告知丢失、被盗或披露后进行的任何交易,您不承担任何责任。
我们的责任
1.因以下原因造成的任何损失,我们概不负责:
9.1.1.任何因我们无法控制的异常或不可预见的情况导致的任何原因,尽管我们做出相反的努力仍无法避免的后果;或者
9.1.2. 零售商拒绝接受您的 INTERPAY 账户;或者
9.1.3.我们遵守法律法规要求;
9.1.4. 数据丢失或损坏,除非是由我们的故意违约造成的。
9.2. 我们也不承担以下责任:
9.2.1. 业务中断、收入损失、商誉、机会或预期节省;
9.2.2.任何间接或后果性损失。
账户终止退款
10.1.我们可以随时更改这些条款,方法是在更改生效前至少十四 (14) 个日历日通过电子邮件或其他约定方式通知您。 Interpay 账户条款和条件的最新版本将始终在我们的网站上提供。更改将自动生效,除非您以书面形式通知我们您不同意更改,否则您将被视为已接受通知的更改。在这种情况下,我们会将该通知视为您希望立即终止您的 INTERPAY 账户的通知。在这种情况下,我们将根据费用和收费指南退还账户中的任何余额,并且不会向您收取退款费用。
10.2. 提交退款申请时,您必须确保您提供的信息准确、完整。对于因您提供的信息不准确而导致汇款给错误收款人的情况,我们概不负责。如果您向我们提供了不准确的信息,您可以请求我们协助追回寄给错误收款人的款项,但我们不能保证此类努力一定会成功
费用
1. 我们网站上提供的费用和收费指南中规定的费用和收费可能会不时更改。11.2. 我们可能会更改根据本协议应付的任何费用、费用或利息的费率或金额。如果您继续保留或使用Interpay账户,则视为您已接受变更。

数据保护
1.在申请和使用Interpay账户时,您同意我们可以按照我们的隐私政策使用您的个人信息。您进一步同意,如果您注册此类服务,我们可以将您的个人信息用于 Interpay MES Pte Ltd 提供的服务的客户尽职调查。13.2.您理解并同意我们可能会收集有关您如何互动的信息使用我们的服务,并与我们的联合品牌合作伙伴一起利用这些信息来开发和增强我们的服务。我们收集与您使用我们服务相关的交易详情,包括请求的服务类型、提供服务的日期和时间、收取的金额和其他相关交易详情。我们可能会收集有关您的移动设备的信息,包括例如硬件型号、操作系统和版本、软件和文件名和版本、首选语言、唯一设备标识符、广告标识符、序列号、设备运动信息和移动网络信息。
与零售商的纠纷
如果您对使用您的 INTERPAY 账户支付的商品或服务有任何争议,您应该与您购买商品或服务的人解决此类争议。对于使用您的 INTERPAY 账户购买的任何商品或服务的质量、安全性、合法性或任何其他方面,我们概不负责。一旦您使用您的 INTERPAY 账户进行购买,我们将无法停止该交易。

如果您对您的 INTERPAY 账户有任何疑问,或者您的账户丢失或被盗,您可以使用网站上的“联系我们”功能或发送电子邮件至 tech@interpayservices.com 给我们发送电子邮件。
任务
除非 Interpay Services PTE LTD.,否则您不得转让您在本协议下可能拥有的任何权利或义务。已就转让提供书面同意。 Interpay Services PTE LTD.保留本协议项下的转让权利或任何权利或义务,但须经 MAS 批准并提前二十一 (21) 个日历日通知您。
适用法律
本协议以英文订立。与您的所有通信都将使用英语。这些条款和条件将根据新加坡法律解释。
资金保障
作为负责任的电子货币发行人 Interpay Pte. Ltd. 确保在我们收到您的资金后,将其存入存款银行的安全账户,特别是为了赎回您的 INTERPAY 账户进行的交易。如果 Interpay Pte.有限公司破产,您已加载的资金已到达并由 Interpay Pte. Pte. Ltd. 存入。有限公司受到保护,免受我们债权人提出的索赔。
